This is in reference to the NIT No. 03/BPSO/Tender/Vol-I/2022/03 dated December 19, 2022, whereby Bhutan Power System Operator (BPSO) would like to notify the prospective Bidders that there are some minor changes in Lot 2: Revamp of Telecommunication System. The details of changes are attached as Addendum No. 3.

This addendum shall form a part of the bidding document and shall be binding. However, due to the above inclusion and additional information, no time extension shall be granted and the submission date and time shall remain unaltered.

This is in reference to the NIT No. 03/BPSO/Tender/Vol-I/2022/03 dated December 19, 2022, Bhutan Power System Operator (BPSO) would like to notify the prospective Bidders, the following general information that bidder must be aware of.

1. As per Volume I Section II, Bid data sheet clause 24.4, there should not be any financial information related to contract price inside Envelope 2- TECHNICAL BID . Thus, Volume III Price Schedule and Volume I, Section III, Form 6, Bid Submission Form must be inside Envelope 3 FINANCIAL BID.
2. All bidder must submit Form 2: "Form 2 Integrity Pact Statement" which was signed by Employer and issued during the purchase of the tender.
3. The last day of sale of tender document shall be 21st April 2023 before 13:00hr.
